طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات
تتيح هذه الصفحة للمستخدمين طلب حذف حساباتهم والبيانات المرتبطة بها في التطبيقات التي يتم تطويرها ونشرها بواسطة Laith Alsaqer، بما في ذلك تطبيق دلني.
كيفية طلب حذف الحساب
لطلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به، أرسل رسالة عبر البريد الإلكتروني التالي:

ويُفضل أن تتضمن الرسالة المعلومات اللازمة للتعرّف على الحساب، مثل:
الاسم المستخدم في التطبيق.
البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب، إن وجد.
اسم التطبيق الذي ترغب في حذف حسابك منه.
لا ترسل كلمة المرور الخاصة بك.
ماذا يحدث بعد تقديم الطلب؟
بعد التحقق من الطلب، سيتم حذف الحساب والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة به من أنظمتنا، ما لم يكن الاحتفاظ ببعض البيانات مطلوبًا لأسباب قانونية أو أمنية أو لمنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
قد تشمل البيانات التي يتم حذفها، حسب التطبيق:
بيانات الحساب.
الاسم والمعلومات الشخصية المرتبطة بالحساب.
البيانات والمعلومات التي تم إنشاؤها أو حفظها من خلال الحساب.
قد تستغرق معالجة طلب الحذف فترة معقولة لإتمام الإجراءات الفنية اللازمة.
ملاحظات مهمة
حذف الحساب إجراء نهائي، وقد لا يكون من الممكن استعادة الحساب أو البيانات بعد إتمام عملية الحذف.
إذا كان التطبيق يوفر خيار حذف الحساب من داخله، يمكن استخدام هذا الخيار أيضًا.

Account and Data Deletion Request
This page allows users to request deletion of their accounts and associated data from applications developed and published by Laith Alsaqer, including Delny.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, please send an email to:

Please use the following subject:
Account Deletion Request
Where possible, include information that helps us identify your account, such as:
The name used in the application.
The email address or phone number associated with the account, if applicable.
The name of the application from which you want your account deleted.
Do not send your password.
What Happens After the Request?
After verifying the request, the account and associated personal data will be deleted from our systems unless certain information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention purposes.
Depending on the application, deleted data may include:
Account information.
Name and personal information associated with the account.
Data and information created or stored through the account.
Deletion requests may require a reasonable processing period to complete the necessary technical procedures.
Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent, and the account or associated data may not be recoverable after deletion is completed.
If the application provides an in-app account deletion option, users may also use that option.
